Employee Benefits

employee-benefits

Employee benefits supplement an employee’s wages or salary, and includes such things as sick pay, vacation pay, insurance, retirement, profit-sharing, tuition reimbursement, and more. Employers are not required to provide these benefits to their employees, but if they do, they may fall under ERISA, which sets minimum standards for these voluntary benefits provided by private industry and health plans.

Broemer & Associates can help your organization by designing your benefits plan, and ensure that your plan complies with all state and federal laws. We also assist employees who are covered by established benefits to determine their rights when they have been terminated or believe they may be terminated by their organization.

Broemer & Associates has the legal experience to protect the rights of both employers and workers. Give our office a call if you have questions, need legal advice, or if you’re interested in a benefits plan design.
